The local bus service now includes a stop at Rothesay Joint Campus.

This is making a huge difference to everyone who visits or attends Rothesay Primary Pre-5, Rothesay Primary, Rothesay Academy and Argyll College.

Bobby Bute is a new pupil at Rothesay Primary. He

is starting school in August and is going out to local

nurseries to chat about starting 'big school' and meet all the boys and girls that are going to be his friends in Primary 1.

Primary 1, 1-2 and 2 have

all started brushing their

teeth after lunch.

Mrs Elaine McQueenie has set up the programme. She ensures children are brushing correctly and are aware of oral hygiene.

Rothesay Primary have won a gold award from the

Woodland Trust in recognition for the work we have done to conserve trees.

This session alone we have recycled Christmas cards, planted new trees in our grounds and taken part in a world record tree planting attempt.
